		<description>What great words Kerrie. I totally agree that the journey to achieve a goal is just as important, and in many cases more important than the goal itself.  This is why coaching is such a fabulous profession as the joy in seeing a person self discover things about themselves that are life cahnging is wonderful.</description>

		<description>I can't agree more my friend!! Our desires always change and often times what we think is an end goal is just the beginning of an amazing vision we have not yet seen... The journey must be enjoyed, first and foremost, because that journey in itself is what makes of us the person worthy of holding and achieveing that goal... 

Like you said in another blog too, realize that being too attached to your goal can actually hurt you. Set your intention and keep moving forward, have faith that you will move at exactly the speed and intensity that you need and believe in the magical world you live in:) There is a big difference between forcing your way forward and being in the flow:)</description>
